PMAY Urban 2.0: Affordable Housing for All by 2029
PMAY Urban 2.0 aims to provide affordable housing to urban EWS, LIG, and MIG families with subsidies up to ₹2.5 lakh. Launched on 1st Sept 2024, it runs till 2029. The scheme includes tech-driven housing, special focus on vulnerable groups, and up to ₹10 lakh crore investment. Eligibility depends on income, property status, and urban residence.
